An incredibly successful and internationally focused firm is growing their experienced trade mark team with an additional qualified trade mark attorney. The firm benefit from having an extremely well designed infrastructure, allowing for attorneys across offices to communicate seamlessly with each other, with clients from across the world, and with their trusted network of foreign associates. There is a collective working ethos where attorneys at all levels and in all offices can share ideas and work together on client projects and business development activities.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients originating from a diverse range of industries including food and drink; finance; consumer goods; and advertising, and will develop their trade mark strategy through tasks including reviewing the existing portfolio and identifying any strengths and weaknesses; monitoring international competitor and sector activity; designing, implementing and managing an appropriate branding strategy; and helping futureproof your client’s portfolio through streamlining their internal management processes and imagining new avenues in which the brand can develop.
There is a transparent route to Partnership with regular appraisals allowing for realistic objectives to be set and achieved, and a fantastic pay scale which is above average in the current market. Ideal candidates will be newly qualified in the UK, however those from part qualified level upwards will also be considered.
